Our Returns & Exchange Policy

We love what we design and we want you to love you Emma by Jane piece just as much.

However, in the case that you need to change the size or you would prefer to exchange it for something you're more suited to or return it completely, that is no problem. We offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase once the item has not been worn. If you have received your piece as a gift and do not have a receipt, please contact us at info@emmabyjane.com and we will get you looked after.

All exchanges within Ireland are re-delivered free of charge. If there is an additional charge for the piece we will be in touch. Your exchange and returns form will be included in your order confirmation email.

SALE

Items bought on SALE can only be returned for exchange or credit note.

BUNDLES 

If an item is returned and your remaining order falls outside of the bundle you will loose the discount received for the total order and only be refunded the difference.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched via DPD and can be tracked via the email you will receive when your order has been dispatched.

ROI - you will receive your order within 2 - 3 working days

UK - you will receive your order within 4 - 5  working days

* Please allow an additional 3 working days for your order to be dispatched if you have ordered a personalised piece
