Returns Policy
We love what we design and we want you to love your Emma by Jane piece just as much. However, in the case that you need to change the size or you would prefer to exchange it for something you're more suited to or if you would simple like to return your piece, that is no problem. We offer an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase once the item has not been worn. If you have received your piece as a gift and do not have a receipt, please contact us at style@emmabyjane.com and we will do our best to help you. You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days of us confirming receipt of your piece.

FREE WORDLWIDE DELIVERY and 60 days for Returns Your package will be dispatched within 1 working day from when we receive your order. As soon as your package is with the courier we will send you the tracking code to the email address used for the purchase. For shipping queries please contact our customer care team at style@emmabyjane.com or through our contact form. Orders within Ireland - you will receive your order within 3-5 working days. We deliver all Irish orders through Fastway couriers Orders within the EU - you will receive your order within 4 -8 working days. We deliver all EU order through An Post. If you are in a bit further away, please allow up to 14 working dayS. We deliver all EU order through An Post.
